The apartment building will have one 2-bedroom unit available and four 1-bedroom units available.

Milwaukee Manor is accepting lease applications now. If approved, you will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) which reserves your unit and obligates you to a lease once renovations are completed. Once renovations are completed, the LOI will expire and a contractual lease will be signed by all parties.

The apartment units will be leased on an annual basis, with renewal options available.

No; all units will be pet-free. This decision is made to maintain the quiet enjoyment of all units for all tenants.

In addition to monthly rent, tenants will pay a flat $30/month fee for water. Electricity will be pro-rated and billed back to each tenant monthly, based on the SF area of the unit.
The owner will pay for all common area electricity (interior & exterior) water for the laundry facility, all trash expenses, lawncare, and snow removal.

No. At this time the garage is only available for leasing and the owners are not entertaining offers to purchase the garage.

Multiple lease options will be available for the self-storage units.
Minimum leases will be a 3-month contract, 6-month, or 12-month option. After the initial lease period is up, tenants can choose to renew for another term, or lease month-to-month.
Rental discounts for longer-term leases are available.

The storage units will be for dry storage only. The interior of the building will be climate controlled by the owner, but individual climate control for the units is not available. There will be interior lighting to each unit, but there will be no outlets; nothing that requires electricity will be allowed to be stored.
There will be no residential living use at this property.
