Upon a signed lease, the ownership will replace all bathroom fixtures with new toilet, sink, and shower; kitchen cabinetry and kitchen appliances will be added, the living spaces will be painted and new flooring will be installed. Washer and dryer hook-ups will be installed.

Tenant will have sole access to the full use of the building and the Yard to the east of the garage, which extends to Pleasant Street.
All overhead doors are motorized and the drive to the north of the building has a asphalt-paved drive. The building can be accessed from either Pleasant Street or Milwaukee Street via a private concrete-paved drive.
